HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (12 MONTHS) (NON-AFFILIATED) — 2025-26 SCHOOL YEAR (STARTING APRIL 2026) — DISTRICT - BOARD OFFICE
We are presently accepting applications for the following position.
Qualifications
Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or other related field, preferred, or appropriate experience will be considered as a qualification for this role in lieu of a degree in a related field
Two (2) years of personnel experience in a public or private setting, preferred
Knowledge of New Jersey education certification regulations and procedures and provisional teacher program and mentoring programs for certificated personnel
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with district monthly agendas and federal and state reports
Knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to leave of absences
Familiar with attendance policies and monitoring input of attendance data and accountability
Experience working with human resources educational software platforms and/or human resources platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace and managing data
Detail and process-oriented, and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams
Able to work in a dynamic organization by balancing multiple priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in demonstrating innovation and creativity by continually improving internal processes and procedures
Effective presentation skills for communicating strategy and process
Salary Range:
$75,000 - $85,000
