3–5+ years experience in community event management, experiential marketing, and creator/influencer relations. Lead community-building initiatives across social, loyalty, and offline touchpoints to deepen engagement and loyalty. Develop and manage fan, creator, and sensitive-skin membership communities, including journeys from onboarding through advocacy. Concept, plan, and execute high-impact community events and experiential activations, from intimate pop-ups to larger brand moments. Own signature community programs (including virtual and IRL events), managing calendars, partners, and communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate community insights, UGC, and gamified loyalty mechanics into campaigns and product launches.
