Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls with professionalism and strong phone etiquette. Manage customer cases efficiently, providing timely updates and resolutions. Assist customers via chat support with clear, accurate written communication. Utilize CRM systems, with Salesforce as a required platform. Collaborate with supervisors regarding scheduling needs and availability. Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with phones, case management, and chat-based support. Salesforce experience is required. Bilingual candidates are a plus but not required. Flexible schedules; please indicate your preferred working hours!
