The

Copywriter

is a creative executor, wordsmith, and grammar guru who ensures our verbal identities permeate in all our customer storytelling and marketing communication deliverables. Key responsibilities include development of all forms of digital and print content including banner ads, blogs, social media posts, magazine articles, scripting video, paid search, and emails.

The person in the role understands that customers' time is limited as well as the balance of great storytelling. They champion both the art and science of SEO and Associated Press guidelines.

Reporting to the Content Manager, this creative associate delivers cutting-edge ideas, fresh marketing copy, and innovative narratives for various customers across our nearly 20 global brands.

How You'll Shine:

Delivers compelling storytelling and creative messaging that inspires customer action, engagement, and loyalty

Creates headlines, CTAs, hashtags, manifestos, and body copy

Supports key message documents and guides copywriting best practices to deliver the best marketing content solutions which align with business strategies and objectives

Optimizes magazine and other editorial content for digital channels including social media, blogs, and online publications

Ensures grammar and tone across multiple platforms including email, web, video, social, and throughout the customer journey

Collaborates with designers, brand managers, and other stakeholders to deliver strong copy that meets our strategic and tactical goals

Monitors industry trends and content development best practices to influence the team

Champions SEO and metadata best practices for all content deliverables

Safeguards marketing copywriting and editorial processes to ensure channel collaborators' content meets business objectives and campaign goals and feels on brand across channels

Travel Requirements

Limited travel for work such as conferences, roughly 3%

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, social media, or marketing

Strong knowledge and understanding of content execution within marketing, web, digital and traditional print.

Strong knowledge of brand storytelling and architecture as well as integrated content marketing

Understanding of branding practices and structure.

Organizational skills that include ability to confidently and gracefully prioritize multiple projects under time constraints, including ability to self-manage time and meet expected deadlines within the hours allocated.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Passionate attitude with willingness and enthusiasm to own your own growth.

General knowledge of editorial space, Associated Press style, social media strategies, and integrated marketing

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Apple Programs, Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in the implementation of brand architecture including voice and tone as well as website publishing, UX, QA, SEO, and metadata

1-2 years' experience in marketing, brand, creative agency, or an in-house agency

Prior experience within travel & hospitality a plus

Knowledge of marketing and digital experiences

Proven experience working with teams on large-scale, long-term projects

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
