American Express Company seeks Directors, Digital Product Management to collaborate and coordinate across computer engineering and digital products teams, processing work through the product life cycle from discovery to development. Define risk management solutions and capabilities to scale across all digital acquisition products and journeys, and articulate architecture solutions to multiple audiences and levels. Devise release strategies in order to meet business outcomes and targets. Perform solution architecture for digital acquisition by leveraging software design concepts. Improve digital journeys of customers, drive service standardization, and improve digital solutions. Elevate the portfolio’s platform in collaboration with solution and enterprise architects. Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, and 2 years of experience with digital product development and business analysis in an enterprise setting. Experience must include 2 years of experience with each of the following: translating technical and business objectives into software solutions; software development lifecycle and product launching capabilities in Agile and Scrum environments; performing data analysis to gain organizational insights; creating workflow diagrams using Visio; linking business requirements and conducting User Acceptance Testing; data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding to track key business indicators and product performance; business logic implementation; ensuring product security standards and protocols to authenticate, encrypt, and audit log data using SAML and XSS; building intuitive UI applications and optimizing UI performance, including throughput, response time, and resource utilization; functional prototyping of product use-cases to gain iterative customer feedback and implement business solutions; and supporting cloud-based applications (SaaS) hosted on AWS and SQL queries. Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week.
