hour lunch or 7:30am-4:30pm with hour lunch (Brooklyn Park, Mn) Customer & Sales Support Representative Job Overview:

The Customer & Sales Support Representative plays a key role within our fast-paced Customer & Sales Support Team. This position provides an elevated level of support to customers, sales managers, and territory partners, in a defined sales territory. The Customer & Sales Support Representative must be detail-oriented, efficient, work well with people at all levels, and manage changing priorities with professionalism and excellent execution. The candidate should be inspired to perform well, have a passion for learning and a desire to contribute to the success of the organization. This position contributes to the overall goal of increasing Customer Satisfaction and Profitability. Customer & Sales Support Representative Key Requirements: Strong verbal, oral and written communication skills. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft applications. Excellent keyboarding/data entry skills with high attention to detail. Ability to learn software systems, sales & support processes, and basic product information. Ability to apply critical thinking skills. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Sales Support and Data/Order Entry preferred. Construction and/or Manufacturing Industry experience is helpful but not required. Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday (8-hour workday plus a 3060-minute lunch). Flexibility between 7:00am-5:00pm is desired. Customer & Sales Support Representative Key Responsibilities: Provide daily order activity support to customers and the sales team with accuracy. Create customer quotes and coordinate sales transactions in a detailed and timely manner. Accurately enter customer orders into order management systems, ensuring all order details are correct. Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls and emails with customers and team members. Communicate effectively with customers, sales reps, warehouses, and other departments to gain resolution and/or clarification on items pertaining to customer accounts/orders. Work professionally, effectively, and efficiently in a cross-functional team environment, to help resolve customer needs and to seek process improvements.
