General Function The Nuance Tech Specialist is directly responsible for driving growth in the wearable branded category of Nuance Audio through the iECP and Audiology channels. Consistently achieves established national sales goals through the coordination and training of their respective customers, lead generation, and customer care. Team will also be directly responsible for regular practice visits with iECP (Eyecare Providers) to maximize sell in and through opportunities. Major Duties And Responsibilities Responsible for development and strategies to Nuance Audio sales growth within respective geography. Executes business objectives through influencing Business Development Sales Leads, and direct customer interactions. Technical expert in Nuance Audio technology and the value EL brings in this category. Achieves national Nuance group sales forecast. Presents and educates doctors at local workshops and company sponsored events for iECPs, Key Accounts, and Audiology customers For iECPs, Key Accounts and Audiology, the Tech Specialist provides exceptional customer support by effectively troubleshooting technology issues, resolving order discrepancies, and addressing lab-related concerns to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsible for sales unit volume across and productivity through iECP and Audiology channels Training on Nuance complete pair technology to enable ECPs to sell through to maximize productivity Completes reports and other administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner. Performs other duties as assigned by leadership. 40-50% travel Basic Qualifications Demonstrated sales results with 3-5 years sales experience Strong consultative selling Sophisticated presentation skills Technical capability in lens, audiology, or tech space Proven leadership, management and communication skills. Demonstrated computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, general pc navigation, contact management system and sales analytical tools). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Outside B2B sales preferred Audiology or optical experience preferred Pay Range: 70,303.87 - 109,203.43 This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
