As a Customer Account Specialist on Uline's Finance team, you'll work with customers to keep accounts running smoothly and support essential tax processes. Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with a diverse team of Finance professionals to provide exceptional service. Review and apply sales tax exemption certificates in our state-of-the-art customized software. Resolve missing or incomplete documentation by guiding customers through certificate requirements. Calculate and process sales tax credits. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred. Prior customer service or tax experience is a plus. Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus. Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills.
