Responsibilities * Under the direction of senior-level staff, assist in designing and developing construction plans for bridges, highways, interchanges, and drainage projects * Complete work accurately and in accordance with quality control and quality assurance procedures * Effectively communicate and coordinate with other members of the design team * Ability to multi-task and communicate schedule and progress on assigned tasks Requirements: * Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering * EI Certification * Zero to two years of engineering experience * Exposure to MicroStation Open Roads Designer and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D * Strong written and oral communication skills Benefits: We offer a professional work environment, competitive salary, benefits package, and 401(k).
