Prime Healthcare is actively seeking new members to join our corporate team! The Regional Human Resources Director formulates and supervises programs relative to selection, training, promotion, welfare, and other employer/employee relationships for multiple facilities. Interviews job applicants; develops personnel record forms; adjusts disputes and grievances and recommends necessary disciplinary actions; analyzes, classifies and evaluates jobs. Administers employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes. Education, Experience, Training Required qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree required. 2. Minimum of 9 -10 years in hospital management experience 3. Familiar with wage and hour laws. 4. Knowledge of state and federal laws including ERISA guidelines and accreditation standards. Preferred qualifications: 1. Master's or MBA preferred. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
