This is a full-time, in office Junior Estimator role located in Sacramento County, CA. Experience in construction cost estimation, reading blueprints, and interpreting technical specifications Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines Proficiency in relevant software tools such as estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and other project management tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with subcontractors, vendors, and team members Problem-solving abilities and analytical skills required Willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment Knowledge of bid mail and blue beam is helpful
