Join us in the Redwood Empire Food Bank kitchen. You'll work closely with Chef Don Nolan to create snacks that can be consumed on-the-spot for those picking up groceries at our distribution sites. A valid California Food Handlers card is necessary to volunteer in the kitchen. No prior kitchen experience required!
Kitchen shifts are Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-12:00 pm and 1:00 pm-3:00 pm.

Please keep in mind:
- All volunteers must be individually registered for the shift before coming to volunteer. You must be at least 15 years of age to volunteer in the Kitchen Collective.
- Closed-toed shoes are required and volunteers should bring a water bottle.
