The role of the Director of Digital Marketing is essential to effective client and account acquisition and management. The person filling this role is integral to communicating with the CEO any concerns presented by staff or clients.

- Manage Paid Search / PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads), Paid Social, Advertising and Campaign Analysis and Reporting

- KPI analysis and reporting on website, app, social media and digital campaign performance.

- Identify and track revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention opportunities, and other KPIs.

- KPI analysis and reporting on website, app, social media and digital campaign performance.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns including SEO, asset production and paid media advertising (Facebook, Twitter and Google) to drive optimization.

- Manage paid media campaigns (paid search, paid social, display) for key clients, including development of strategies to increase campaign effectiveness.

- Creatively and strategically help drive business for clients, message effectively and drive measurable results.

- Perform and direct website/digital audits for clients.

- Lead website design and re-design projects for clients through conceptual phase and build out through go live date.

- Plan and execute social media campaigns across all platforms for clients.

- Lead business development efforts for stand-alone digital clients as well as partner on multi-platform marketing/PR proposals.

- Manage digital team across all offices including graphic design, web development, digital advertising, SEO, social media.

- Drive internal website design upgrade, and all internal marketing collateral design.

- Direct all social media including calendars, content, coordination across all platforms.

COMPENSATION: $115,000 - $140,000/yr




- Demonstrated mastery of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Bing Ads, Paid Social, Google Analytics and Looker/Data Studio or other data visualization tools.

- Expert in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and Excel/Google Sheets.

- Experience in digital marketing/advertising landscape including social media, SEO, email marketing, Paid Social, programmatic, PPC campaigns, and Websites.

- Current on latest algorithms.

- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with attention to detail and strong written word editing skills.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with developing and creating brands and effective campaigns.

- Experience with marketing automation tools and web analytics platforms Excellent client management and client service skills.

- Able to run and grow a profitable team.

- Strong artistic eye and content creation skills across photography, video, social media, and design platforms.

- Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) are a must; basic coding skills are a plus.

- Excellent organizational, reporting, and analytical skills.

- A team player who is creative, curious, and eager to learn.

- Proactive, takes initiative in identifying opportunities / issues and recommends actions.


- A bachelor's degree in digital marketing, related field

- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, related field

- Supervisory experience of a team of at least 5 employees
