Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Acquisition, based in Santa Barbara, CA, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Director of Acquisition will lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of potential real estate developmebts and or investments. Responsibilities include conducting thorough market research and due diligence, managing acquisition processes, analyzing financial models, and developing investment strategies. The role will require the candidate to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and growth objectives. xsgimln

Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Acquisitions and Investments Proven Analytical Skills with the ability to conduct market research and financial modeling Expertise in Finance and Due Diligence processes for real estate or investment projects Proficiency in creating and implementing complex real estate strategies and proformas Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry trends in commercial real estate Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field. Prior experience with multi-million-dollar transactions is highly desirable
