Sidekick, the AI-native operating system purpose built to help agents and brokerage drive efficiency and business growth, is creating a new category of transformative technology for real estate.

As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion, owning outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and pipeline. You’ll research target accounts, run cold email and cold calling sequences, qualify prospects, and set high-quality meetings for our sales team. This is a high-impact role that combines grit, curiosity, strong messaging, and disciplined execution.

This is a high impact role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution and will report directly to our co-founders.

Responsibilities Own outbound pipeline generation through cold email, cold calling, and social outreach. Identify, research, and prioritize target accounts and prospects (agents, teams, and brokerages). Craft compelling outreach messaging tailored to persona, pain points, and trigger events. Run structured sequences, follow-ups, and talk tracks to book qualified meetings. Qualify inbound and outbound responses by understanding prospect needs, timelines, and fit. Maintain clean customer records: accurate activity logging, notes, and next steps. Refine ICP, messaging, objections handling, and campaigns based on feedback. Consistently hit weekly/monthly activity and meeting targets while improving conversion rates. Share market feedback from calls/emails to inform product positioning and GTM strategy.

Preferred Qualifications 2+ years experience selling SaaS to SMB/mid-market customers. Use AI tools throughout your daily life (for work or otherwise) and believe in their transformative potential. Familiarity with residential real estate (agents, teams, brokerages) and their workflows. Experience with account-based prospecting and multi-threading within an account.
