Position Summary We're looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Consultant to drive new business growth in a designated territory. The ideal candidate thrives on prospecting, closing complex contracts, and building long-lasting relationships with business clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify leads within the territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits. Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for our uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs. Create tailored proposals and secure multi-year service agreements. Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate client information and sales activity. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Work alongside service and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus monthly uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses. Opportunities for career advancement into Sales Management or National Accounts. Qualifications What We're Looking For: 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience. Experience in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services is preferred. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and managing a complete sales cycle. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual. Receptive to coaching and constructive feedback. Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle.
