In this position you will be responsible for the sales on an important growth market for Jobe Sports International; South of Germany but also Austria and in the near future Hungary and Slovakia. Your objectives for the next few years are clear: maintain the relationship with the existing dealers and expand the dealer network in the South of Germany but also Austria, Hungary and Slovakia in the watersports market. Your other main responsibilities are to intensively apply B2B marketing to (potential) dealers, doing a thorough analysis of the market and competitors, decorate the stores in Jobe’s Brand codestyle, stimulate sell-through and optimize our sales tools. With your proactive attitude you focus on the product, the market and the competition and cleverly know how to anticipate this. Since you will be on the road and in contact with our customers you will come up with ideas for product development and marketing. You actively approach (potential) buyers and you build up a permanent relationship with them in order to safeguard your objectives. Agreements are made with (potential) buyers and you schedule your courses as efficiently as possible. You are always able to find the right balance between the various duties, taking time investments, yields and the client\'s wishes into account. With help of your German colleague and the Sales Manager you are able to settle a situation. Coming up with innovations and improvements is highly appreciated. You share opportunities you see and other important information with the sales manager. Who are you?

We are looking for a professional who is united in teamwork, resilient in the face of challenges, and energized by ambitious goals. The ideal candidate demonstrates an inventive mindset and takes strong ownership of their responsibilities, contributing proactively to both individual and collective success. You have some experience as a Sales Promoter in international B2B-sales. You have knowledge of managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract. You have a commercial drive and know how to stimulate the customer with the aim of generating more sales. You have affinity with the water sports market. You can work systematic, are determined and enthusiastic. Professional or native German written and verbally. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Good written and verbal communication skills in Czech would be a plus. What do we offer?
