What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
Guide customers through the vehicle selection and sales process
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features and benefits
Assist customers with sales applications and required paperwork
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on Ford vehicles and competitors
Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and well-merchandised
Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service
Follow up with leads and customers via phone, email, and text
Work with management to achieve individual and team sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
Willing to train motivated candidates with the right attitude
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Self-starter with a competitive spirit and desire to succeed
Positive attitude, high energy, and professional appearance
Strong work ethic and ability to follow a proven sales process
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
