Assistant Relationship Manager - Plano As a member of the Dealer Sales Pod, the ARM is responsible to leverage the Sales System & Protocol to ensure the overall interaction between the Dealer and Capital One is an iconic experience. The ARM enables ASM, DSM and RM partners to focus on building best in class relationships and bring solutions to match dealer needs through consultative selling. Responsibilities
Serving as the main point of contact for dealer customer service escalations. Providing high touch concierge service. Developing a deep understanding of products and programs, mining for dealer pings, and proactively coordinating with Sales Pod members to be more effective in conversations with the dealer. Cultivating positive relationships with dealer customers to become the primary contact for all service and execution needs. Acting as a support and administrative coordinator between Capital One and dealership customers. Managing and resolving outstanding dealer sales items, such as dealer agreements, product cancellations, title issues, dealer receivables, and other dealer-facing items. Engaging with dealer communications via inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and dealer messaging. Leveraging a broad variety of systems and internal teams to resolve dealer issues. Educating dealer customers on Capital One Auto Finance programs, tools, platforms, policies and procedures. Collaborating with teammates cross-departmentally to solve problems and serve as the primary dealer contact for internal Dealer POD funding, sales, and administrative escalations. Supporting sales partners with business development by communicating opportunities, scheduling sales appointments, resolving dealer-related problems, and collaborating to grow business. Work Schedule : Ability to work a Monday through Saturday schedule, 8 am to 8 pm, with potential shift updates after 1 year and the possibility of overtime. Qualifications and fit:

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked. Plano, TX: $62,900 - $71,800 for Assistant Relationship Manager. Other locations follow their respective pay ranges.
