Parts Driver
who is interested in growing into a
Parts Counter
role. This position begins with driving and delivery responsibilities while providing hands-on training in parts department operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, and interested in developing long-term skills in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities
Parts Driver Duties
Deliver automotive parts to and from vendors, body shops, and other dealership locations Verify parts orders for accuracy before delivery and upon return Load, unload, and organize parts safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies Assist with general parts department tasks as needed Parts Counter Training & Support
Learn dealership parts inventory systems and basic catalog lookups Assist Parts Counter staff with stocking, organizing, and pulling parts Learn to receive, label, and stock incoming shipments Provide support to technicians and service advisors under supervision Gradually train in customer service and counter operations as skills progress Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organization skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and grow within the Parts Department Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required Starting pay of $16.00/hour Pay increases as new skills are learned and mastered Opportunity to advance into a Parts Counter role On-the-job training provided Why Work at Kool Toyota?
