About the Role We are seeking a results-driven
Outside Sales Representative
to grow Wagonmaster’s business in the
automotive maintenance industry
across
Pierce County, WA . This is a
field-based, consultative B2B sales role
focused on dealerships, repair shops, service centers, and related businesses. You will manage your territory independently, prospect new accounts, and build long-term customer relationships.
What You Will Do Prospect, develop, and secure new B2B customers within Pierce County Conduct in-person visits to dealerships, repair shops, and service centers Build relationships with owners, managers, and technical decision-makers Present and demonstrate automotive maintenance products and services Provide hands-on product training to technicians Track activity and pipeline in CRM Achieve clearly defined new business development targets
Who You Are Experience in
B2B field sales
OR the
automotive maintenance industry
(dealerships, service, parts, tools, equipment, or related suppliers) Comfortable with in-person prospecting and cold outreach Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle This is
not an entry-level role ; recent graduates without relevant experience are unlikely to succeed
