Responsibilities Primary responsibilities:

This full-time position, under the direction of an attorney, will assist with commercial real estate closings, review title and survey, revise and review lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements and other documents; organize and maintain files; and prepare closing documents. This position will also assist our Trusts & Estates team with tasks including drafting and/or preparing powers of attorney, deeds, and other documents as requested.

Qualifications & Experience The ideal candidate will possess a four year degree (or the equivalent), with at least three years of extensive commercial real estate experience in a paralegal role. Paralegal certification preferred; must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated and a team player with strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.

Physical Requirements

The work is primarily sedentary.

It requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.

The work requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.

The work at times requires bending, squatting, and reaching, with the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light weights. Retrieve and replace objects from shelves up to 8 feet high.

Capacity to lift objects weighing up to 20lbs.
