Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Coordinator

to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in managing and overseeing all activities related to our Foreign Trade Zone operations, ensuring compliance with

U.S. Customs

and

Border Protection (CBP)

Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) regulations; maintain and update FTZ procedures, manuals, and records. Coordinate FTZ-related filings and audits with CBP, brokers, and internal teams; prepare and submit e214, CF 216, CF 7512, CF 3461/7501. Monitor and reconcile FTZ inventory and transactions; investigate and resolve discrepancies. Utilize FTZ software; support upgrades and integration with ERP/WMS platforms. Provide training and serve as the primary point of contact for FTZ site-related inquiries. Communicate effectively with management and teams; support OSHA-compliant, safe operations. Assist with forecasting, variance analysis, vendor pricing/rebates tracking, and process improvements. Collaborate with Sales, Freight Forwarding, Compliance, Safety, Human Resources, Finance, and customers. 1+ years in FTZ operations, customs compliance, or international logistics. Strong understanding of CBP regulations and FTZ procedures; ACE Portal experience preferred. Experience with FTZ software systems and ERP/WMS platforms. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, International Business, or related field preferred; intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills. Must pass drug and criminal background check; legally authorized to work in the United States.
