$19.50 per hour
JOB SUMMARY:
Create memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional service, supporting sales efforts, and assisting with event coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping guests, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for guest questions, concerns, and online feedback Provide warm, professional service while handling inbound and outbound sales calls Support communication and coordination for large groups, celebrations, and special events Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest, client, and prospect records Assist with planning and executing events in partnership with multiple departments to ensure seamless guest experience Maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional workspace that reflects our commitment to guests
QUALIFICATIONS :
Must be 18+ years old Strong communication and customer service skills Basic Microsoft Office skills; CRM experience a plus Organized, motivated, and able to multitask Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overtime Able to work indoors/outdoors and meet physical job requirements Employment contingent on background check
