What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in your territory
Conduct outbound calls and on-site visits to promote and sell parts and services
Recommend aftermarket parts and service solutions to improve equipment uptime
Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries
Document customer activity and strategy in our CRM/CXM system
Stay current on equipment and part offerings to support customer needs
Provide accurate lead times and pricing to set clear expectations
Enter fleet and customer data in our ERP platform
Work collaboratively with branch teams, sharing customer insights and needs
Attend required training and meetings to stay aligned and informed
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
Represent MacQueen with a polished, professional appearance
What You’ll Bring
Experience in outside sales, parts sales, or customer-facing roles (equipment industry preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and prioritize effectively
High attention to detail with strong follow-through
Technical aptitude and interest in learning equipment parts and systems

ADA Requirements
Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, reach or otherwise move frequently.
Occasional repetitive motion and grasping
Occasional climbing to reach areas on equipment or racks.
Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs. occasionally, >20 lbs. frequently.
Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer.
Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards which may include moving mechanical parts.
Travel by car occasionally
Compensation Base plus commission for a total comp of $76k -$114k/annually
