What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire our catering teams
through all phases of events – from loading trucks to setup to final teardown
Be the on-site hero
for clients, guests, and vendors - ensuring every detail exceeds expectations
Execute flawless events
by interpreting Banquet Event Orders and directing food prep, plating, and service
Drive the operation
(literally!) by transporting equipment and food to event locations in company vehicles
