We’re a locally owned grooming shop looking for a Customer Experience & Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and is comfortable recommending services and memberships that help dogs receive consistent, high-quality care. This role focuses on pet parents, while our groomers and bathers focus on the dogs.
What You’ll Do
Welcome pet parents in person and on the phone
Explain services, add-ons, and membership options clearly and confidently
Recommend additional services and memberships based on each dog’s needs
Schedule appointments and keep the day running smoothly
Handle check-in, check-out, and basic transactions
Support a positive, organized front-desk experience
