Persistent Systems isseeking a Director of Business Development,UxSwho willbe responsible forstrategicallygrowing business by identifying andestablishingnew customer relationships, as well asmaintainingour existing ones,in theindustryandgovernmentspace. You will alsobe responsible forcapturing business, managing high revenue accounts, andassistingwith programmatic measures to ensure thatcustomers receive the best products and services available for their needs. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and implementingstrategies that will expand Persistent Systems’ customer base on a global scale. Position Responsibilities Identifyingpotential new customers; managing and developing existing customer relationshipsand government program offices Develop, manage, andgrowa network ofUxSLong-TermAgreement (LTA) Partners Developing sales strategies and unique selling propositions to meet sales targets Collaborating with Sales and Engineering toidentifydevelopmentopportunities Developing andretainingexisting customer relationships by presenting solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction Managing key accounts after theinitialintegration and sale Creating business proposals, handling initial negotiations, and closing business deals as part of a team Identifyingindustry and marketing events and trade shows that will provide opportunities to expand the company’s customer base Organizing and traveling tocustomer sites andtrade shows toidentifynew business opportunities and strengthen current customer relationships Conducting presentations for large groups of internal and external stakeholders Adhering toestablishedsales-administrative processes that allow for the transparent flow of communication between sales and internal operations teams Job Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineeringor a related field or equivalentmilitary/industryexperience At least5years of Sales/Business Development experience with commercial and Government customers Experience in a senior-level sales role working with customers in the Defense industry Demonstrated knowledge ofRadio Frequency (RF) and network theory Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time Must have a United States Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a United States Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in business or a related field 5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development with a demonstratedtrack recordof revenue growthwith large Defense companies The compensation for this role can vary from $152,000 to $194,000 a year plus commission based on individual qualifications. Eligible for sales incentive compensation plan.
