Technical Excellence Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with deep expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint. Design, build, and enhance business applications, automate workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and support digital transformation initiatives. Power Apps Development: Design and build Canvas, Model-Driven, and Portal applications; develop complex screens, galleries, forms, custom controls, and responsive UIs; create reusable components and templates; integrate with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, REST APIs, and other data sources; implement business rules, logic, RBAC and security models. Power Automate: Build automated cloud flows, instant flows, scheduled flows, and business process flows; design workflows that integrate with SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, Outlook, SAP/Oracle, APIs, and third-party connectors; handle exceptions, error logging, retry policies, performance tuning and approvals. Data & Integration: Work with Dataverse entities, relationships, and custom connectors; develop API-based integrations using REST, JSON, and OData; connect Power Platform apps with on-premises systems via data gateways. Governance & Environment Management: Maintain Power Platform environments, security roles, and DLP policies; follow enterprise governance standards, documentation and best practices. Support & Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into solution designs; troubleshoot performance issues, errors, and user queries; provide training, demos and support for deployed applications. Required Skills & Qualifications
5years of hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Platform. Strong experience with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Power BI, and Teams integration. Experience building custom connectors and integrating with external APIs. Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, API Management, and Key Vault. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, security roles, permissions, and governance. Experience with ALM pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Ability to create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution proposals. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Experience with Power Pages or Dynamics 365. Knowledge of RPA tools (Power Automate Desktop / UI flows). Experience migrating legacy apps to Power Platform. What you must have
