Opportunity EY-Parthenon delivers transformative strategy, transactions, and corporate finance. Our Corporate Real Estate (CRE) practice advises CEOs, Boards, Private Equity, and Governments on strategic, operational, and analytical matters. In this role you will support complex CRE engagements, leverage EY’s global network, and drive technology‑enabled solutions for workplace and smart building challenges.
Your Key Responsibilities As a Director in CRE technology and digital workplace, you will: • Engage clients on CRE capital projects, technology strategy, and smart building solutions. • Evaluate and recommend IoT, digital twin, and AI tools to improve asset utilization, cost management, and workflows. • Lead integrated project teams, drive solution design, implementation, and enablement.

Experience with agile methodologies, program management, and budgeting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, Real Estate, Technology, or a related field; or a graduate degree with equivalent experience (minimum 5 years of related work; or 3 years with a graduate degree).
Experience supporting consulting practices for CRE or capital projects technology, digital workplace, or smart building solutions.
Strong business and technical orientation; ability to develop business cases and communicate to engineering teams.
Experience with agile systems implementation, program and project management, and resource planning.
Effective teamwork, networking, and collaboration skills in matrixed environments.
Exceptional writing & presentation skills; high proficiency with MS Office.
Residence within commutable distance to the office location.
Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.
Ideally You Have
Management experience focused on CRE capital projects technology, digital workplace, and smart buildings.
Knowledge of AI/machine learning, natural language processing, robotics, and speech recognition.
Understanding of cyber‑security technologies and design.
Working knowledge of IWMS, CRE point solutions, capital project management, building automation, digital twin, and network infrastructure.
