**Job Description**We are seeking an **Associate Director – Global Procurement Third Party Risk, Policy & Compliance** to join our **Global Procurement & Supplier Management (GPSM)** organization. GPSM partners with the business to deliver sourcing strategies, optimize supplier performance, and drive impactful business outcomes through agile processes and strong governance.As part of our **Third Party Risk, Compliance & ESG team**, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, managing risk, and aligning procurement policies with corporate strategy and regulatory standards. This is an exciting opportunity to define the vision and strategy for risk management and compliance processes across Organon.### **Responsibilities:****Lead Third Party Risk Management & Due Diligence*** Serve as the business process expert for risk and compliance tools (e.g., Aravo).* Drive continuous improvement and system rollouts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.* Ensure high-quality data for supplier risk assessments across multiple domains.* Oversee third-party risk management processes, templates, and training materials.* Act as the point of contact for risk solutions and external service providers.* Lead implementation of Integrated Third Party Due Diligence Framework across Organon and related tools and risk rating methodologies* Build strategy and roadmap for Third-Party Due Diligence with regards to governance, systems, people and process**Own GPSM Policy Governance*** Maintain and enhance procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.* Lead policy rollouts, training, and stakeholder engagement.* Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit to ensure alignment with corporate standards.* Manage version control and translations for all policy documents. * Supervise internal audits of Global Procurement to assess conformance with applicable policies/procedures, identify non-conformance, develop solutions and make remediation recommendations.**Drive Strategic Initiatives*** Collaborate with leadership to define and execute strategies for sourcing management and compliance.* Lead projects that optimize processes and strengthen governance.**Required Education, Experience, and Skills****Qualifications:****Education:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, or related field.**Experience:*** 10+ years in sourcing, quality, compliance, or risk management.* Strong understanding of procurement policies and processes.* Proven experience working with senior leaders in compliance and risk management.* International and cross-functional experience.**Skills:*** Strategic thinking, project management, and process improvement expertise.* Ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities.* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.* Familiarity with procurement systems (SAP, Coupa) and risk tools (Aravo, Moody’s).* Self-starter with flexibility and resilience in dynamic environments.Secondary Language(s) Job Description**Who We Are:**Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
