The Little Gym of Bryan College Station is seeking a
Gym Director
to lead our high-energy children’s enrichment facility. This is a hands-on leadership position combining team development, operations, and exceptional family experiences.
With 300+ locations worldwide, The Little Gym helps children ages 4 months–12 years build confidence, skills, and independence through movement-based learning in a safe, nurturing environment.

What You’ll Lead
Coach and develop a positive, high-performing team
Deliver outstanding experiences for children and families
Oversee daily operations and staffing
Teach
engaging classes using our proven curriculum
Drive enrollment and community relationships
Maintain a polished, welcoming facility

Have experience in education, preschool, childcare, youth programs, or similar environments
Naturally create organized, supportive spaces for children to succeed
