You will be a key leader within the Enterprise team at Axon, a Senior Account Executive role in a fast‑moving startup environment. This quota‑carrying position focuses on commercial partnerships, selling our products and services directly and indirectly to early customers across retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, rail and logistics. You will build and execute an Enterprise go‑to‑market design, drive revenue, and lead the Axon team to success. Location
Remotely from the United States. Must live within an hour of a major airport and be on the road 50% of the time. What You’ll Do
Own and build our earliest and largest sales to customers in new verticals at Axon Manage and grow revenue and market share to achieve Axon’s strategic objectives Build business plans with internal and external stakeholders to drive Axon adoption Execute sales training and provide marketing support Develop and maintain client and partner relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth What You Bring
At least 7+ years working in sales and/or channel for a technology company, preferably in SaaS, cloud, collaboration or similar Track record of sales and channel sales success Experience with executive level engagements and communication Experience with large VARs and Systems Integrators Startup experience preferred Open to travel 50% Compensation and Benefits
