Purpose of the Role
The role is accountable for driving digital and technology (D&T) initiatives in the Home Care Business unit. This role leads the plan for landing capabilities and innovation for North America, including expanding the use of AI and automation, partnering closely with BU leaders and Product teams to drive user‑centricity, and embedding capabilities that drive business impact.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
Trusted partner to BU leadership and their teams
Create and execute strategies that leverage digital technologies, AI, and automation
Ensure alignment of analytics, AI and technology initiatives with business unit
Accountable for the digitization of home care, leading the end‑to‑end D&T plans for cross‑functional agile squads unit on behalf of the CDIO
Prioritise and align the plan, outcomes and timelines with business unit leadership across products
Drive benefits and adoption with the business unit team and products
Drive local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation, advocating for user‑centricity and continuous improvement
Accountable for business unit sign‑off and validation of products
Lead business deployment of BU‑specific or BU‑tailored products, working closely with products to ensure outcome delivery
Act as first point of contact for BU leaders into D&T, resolving risks, issues and questions
Advocate for the adoption of innovative tools and practices to maintain a competitive edge
Suggest opportunities for leverage of AI and automation to drive productivity, growth or operational effectiveness

Pay The pay range for this position is $146,200 to $219,400.
Bonus This position is bonus eligible.
