Premier Roofing is seeking a driven, dynamic, and results-oriented Business Development Representative to become a key player in our thriving Multi-Family division. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with clients and prospects while shaping the future of roofing, gutters, siding, painting, and windows.
What You’ll Own
Market Engagement:
Be the face of Premier in your market, focusing on HOA Community Management.
Relationship Building:
Forge strong connections with Community Association Managers and Board Directors, earning preferred vendor status.
Sales Leadership:
Manage a pipeline with sales cycles of 3-12 months and nurture relationships to close contracts.
Impactful Presentations:
Deliver compelling pitches to decision-makers and HOA members, showcasing Premier\'s value.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with the estimating team to support clients through every step of the process.
What You Bring
Experience:
3+ years of B2B sales or business development with a proven track record of closing contracts.
Skills:
Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Suite, exceptional communication, and a consultative sales approach.
Education:
Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
Mindset:
Goal-oriented, resourceful, and skilled in overcoming objections and negotiating contracts.
Compensation & Perks
$75,000-$90,000 base salary
Commission eligibility
$1M sales goal
in your first year.
