Your role as Senior Partnerships Manager
Define and drive Gomibo’s long-term commercial strategy for the German market Build, strengthen, and scale strategic partnerships with major accounts like Telekom and Vodafone. Lead complex negotiations, manage long-term contracts, and coordinate cross-functional projects Guide and support colleagues in partnership management and project execution Deliver measurable growth in key KPIs, including sales, margin and partner impact Travel frequently (2 times per week approximately) to meet partners and attend conferences across Germany The team
You’ll join the Gomibo German Growth team – a fast-moving, entrepreneurial group of Dutch and German professionals on a mission to conquer the German telecom market. The team operates like a startup: agile, hands-on and ambitious – backed by the infrastructure, resources, and stability of Dutch market leader Belsimpel. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, including Commercial Management, and work with experts in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data to bring strategies to life. You bring an academic degree (or equivalent ability) and 5-10 years of experience in the German Telecom, preferably with a well established network. You have a strong commercial mindset and a hands-on, proactive approach — you act quickly, and deliver tangible results. You combine a clear vision for commercial performance with the ability to align and motivate teams across execution and content. You bring experience in leading a team of partnership managers. You havea pioneering mindset and feel confident navigating new markets, challenges, and environments. You communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different levels, including management teams. You are both analytical and structured in your way of working. You speak German fluently and can communicate professionally in English. What to expect during the application process and the first period If you live outside the Netherlands, the first interview can be conducted online. Once we move forward, we will invite you to visit our office in the Netherlands to meet your potential new team. All travel expenses (transport & accommodation) will be covered by us. In the first year, it is required to be present at the office in Groningen two days a week. Hotel and travel expenses are taken cear of. After the first year, in consultation, visits to the Groningen headquarters can be scheduled on a bi-weekly basis.
