Marketing Director Frias Properties is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hospitality-focused marketing leader to guide marketing across our resort, property management, and vacation rental divisions. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven leader who can drive bookings, elevate brand presence, and strengthen guest and owner engagement. Responsibilities
Lead overall marketing strategy; manage digital channels including website, SEO, paid media, email, and social; oversee brand standards, creative direction, and content development; analyze performance and optimize results; collaborate with operations, reservations, and ownership teams; manage agencies and vendors; support guest acquisition, retention, loyalty programs, and owner communications. Qualifications
3–5+ years of marketing leadership experience (hospitality, vacation rental, or real estate preferred) Strong digital marketing expertise Proven leadership and cross-department collaboration skills Excellent communication, creative, and analytical abilities Experience with CRM, PMS, and digital advertising platforms Roaring Fork Valley residents only Compensation & Benefits
