Overview What will you be doing? As a Channel Business Development Representative, your role is to build and develop relationships with new partner accounts in close collaboration with AvePoint’s channel sales team. You will support co-selling initiatives by prospecting partner-led opportunities, driving outbound activity, and enabling partner sales motions through consistent engagement and follow-up. If you’re collaborative, relationship-driven, and excited to continue learning about the channel ecosystem while building a career in sales, we’d love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will include:

Researching, identifying, and engaging new channel partners to support partner-led and co-selling opportunities

Collaborating with Partner Development Managers to generate, qualify and progress new partner relationships

Supporting partner sales motions by executing targeted outbound activity and reinforcing AvePoint’s value within partner accounts

Working closely with internal channel and field teams to align outreach efforts and prioritize partner-driven initiatives

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date partner and opportunity data within AvePoint’s CRM to ensure visibility and reporting across channel programs

Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:

Bachelor’s degree (required)

Channel/Partnership or adjacent experience (preferred)

Previous Business Development or adjacent experience (preferred)

Excellent communication and listening skills

A positive attitude

Plenty of initiative A persuasive manner

Impeccable organizational and time management skills

The ability to think on your feet

A hunger to learn

An ability to understand technical concepts and convey them to partners

The Salary Range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs). We welcome compensation discussions—apply even if your expectations fall outside the range.
