Overview McMahon has an immediate opening for a full-time Senior Architectural Designer in their Neenah, Wisconsin office. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will work with our team of engineers and architects on a wide variety of projects, assisting in the creation of functional, innovative design solutions for a variety of industries ranging from commercial, water/wastewater, industrial, multi-family residential, & educational projects. Responsibilities

BIM Modeling using Revit software.

Design document oversight ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely completion.

Document coordination of structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil disciplines for document review processes.

Acts as a resource / mentor to early career staff.

Advanced detailing of project building components.

Assist the architects during construction administration including on-site construction meetings/observation, RFI’s, construction bulletins, submittal/shop drawing review, etc.

Core skill & abilities

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of the design team.

Proficiency in the use of Autodesk products such as AutoCAD and Revit. Experience in Bluebeam, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Products, & TwinMotion or other rendering software is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects with overlapping deadlines.

Knowledge of the building codes to assist the Architects with code analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

An Associate’s Degree from an accredited Technical College and 7+ years’ experience as an architectural designer- draftsperson with experience in construction document production or a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited University, with 5 + years’ experience in commercial and industrial facilities design and construction document production.
