Job Summary/Basic Function Graphic Design Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of visual content for various digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, website banners, brochures, and flyers.
Develop and edit visual assets (photos, illustrations, logos) to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Preparing final files for both digital distribution and professional printing.
Translate marketing objectives into clear and compelling visual designs under the direction of the marketing committee.
Marketing Support Responsibilities
Contribute to the execution of social media strategy by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and researching relevant content trends.
Help draft and proofread marketing copy for social media and website content.
Assist with basic website updates, including image placement and minor content edits.
Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and target audience preferences to inform marketing campaigns.
Support the planning and coordination of marketing events or campaigns as needed.
General/Administrative
Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives and creative projects.
Report on the performance of designed assets and marketing activities (e.g., social media post engagement).
Required Qualifications
Experience using the Adobe Suite to produce design assets, both print and digital.
Social media usage and content creation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience updating webpage images and content.
Familiarity with marketing plan execution.
