Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through combined mid-market and SAP application and functional process expertise, including: Engage with senior client Order to Cash executives on business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current and future). Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through business case development and roadmaps, including sales origination, proposal development, and client presentations. Architect end-to-end Order to Cash solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, and add-on partner solutions. Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy, identify functional areas where AI can deliver real value to clients. Experience deploying AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explain how AI-driven improvements enhance project delivery. Advise, design, and deliver Order to Cash solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging SAP solutions and embedded innovation. Lead large project teams onsite with clients or within Accenture to achieve transformational roadmaps. Become a trusted expert and advisor by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations across your area of expertise. Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices, and develop the next level of transformation experts. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement. Here’s what you need
Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs, advising clients on roadmaps, business cases, mobilization, and execution to deliver successful outcomes. SAP support or managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement. Minimum 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for SAP Project Management and overall Delivery Excellence. Minimum of 4 years experience supporting mid-market clients and projects (responsibilities across multiple accounts). Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50–100 people), including in a Global Delivery model. Experience supporting an industry-specific client (CMT preferred; Products and Resources also considered). Prior experience with the S/4 Public Cloud product. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If an Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience. Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors including location, role, skill set, and experience. Accenture provides a reasonable compensation range as required by local law.
