Executive Director, Corporate Performance and Strategy , is a member of the LCLHN Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO. In this newly executive created role, you will drive performance, planning and delivery across Finance, Corporate Services, ICT, Governance and Planning, Risk and Stakeholder Engagement. You will work closely with members of the Executive Leadership Team to align Corporate Performance and Strategy with organisational priorities, contributing to the delivery of safe, high-quality, progressive, consumer directed care and service. About the Role: Provide strategic and operational leadership for finance and LHN-wide corporate support functions. Oversee planning, staffing, budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Lead governance, compliance, risk, assurance and performance management functions. Work collaboratively with executive and clinical leaders to align corporate services with LCLHN priorities. About You: You are an accomplished executive leader with deep expertise in corporate governance, and enterprise risk within complex health systems. You bring strong strategic capability, sound executive judgement, and the credibility to influence Board and executive decision-making, while designing and embedding robust governance, finance, quality, and risk frameworks that support sustainable, high-performing health services. About the Benefits Salary packages a range of benefits (including living expenses such as mortgage, rent, utility bills and groceries) up to $9,010 each FBT year + $2,650 for Meal Entertainment expenses each FBT year.
