Regional Channel Specialist - C2H- Remote
Mid-level professional responsible for driving commercialization, partner performance, and growth-focused digital and business transformation initiatives both internally and across partner organizations.
Essential Job Functions
Manage and support ongoing growth for all assigned channel partners through outreach, business development, and relationship management
Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned channel region
Expand partner training and solution delivery capacity by identifying and developing new opportunities
Introduce new products and services to key stakeholders to drive engagement and revenue growth
Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring awareness of organizational priorities and alignment with partner needs
Contribute to channel and market development strategy and execution
Work collaboratively with partner organizations to improve business performance and proactively develop go-to-market (GTM) plans and regional channel strategies
Compile, analyze, and maintain accurate channel performance data within CRM systems; use insights to develop recommendations and reports
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to strengthen and grow third-party channel performance
Education and Experience
6–8 years of experience in business development, channel sales, partnerships, or related fields
At least 2 years of experience managing the full partnership lifecycle, from business development and onboarding through launch and ongoing account management
Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and recommendations
Ability to identify and clearly communicate trends, client challenges, solutions, and best practices
Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders, building alignment, and supporting change initiatives
Passion for innovation and the ability to drive consensus among diverse internal and external stakeholders
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, listening, relationship management, and communication skills
Ability to effectively present to senior-level client and partner executives
>Strong facilitation and collaboration skills Proven ability to think both creatively and analytically to solve complex business challenges
Results-oriented, self-directed, and entrepreneurial mindset with strong attention to detail while managing competing priorities and deadlines
Professional fluency in English
