is responsible for managing all areas of the Used Car Department for
, including wholesale, retail, purchasing and marketing.

What We Offer:

Job Responsibilities:
Purchases used vehicles online: utilizing used car sites and forecasting the needs of used vehicle inventory at the dealership.
Understands market trends and changes to trends in geographic market.
Provides guidance and support to dealership Sales Associates as it relates to purchasing used vehicles.
Appraises used vehicles.
Maintains a prospective development system of current used vehicle prospects and schedules appointments to appraise and purchase used
Ability to hire, train and effectively lead all used car sales associates.
Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
Ensure that sales representatives always understand and follow dealership policies.
Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with customers; subordinates and other management.
Properly and efficiently manages reconditioning vehicles post photos online
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of proven success as an Automotive Dealership Used Car Sales Manager/Buyer
Experience with internet and retail tools, V-Auto
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Previous high volume and producing high units per month preferred
18+ years of age or older to comply with company driving policy
