The
Export Documentation Administrator
is responsible for the administrative duties related to the export process, ensuring compliance with US and foreign government laws and regulations. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Ensures documentation for all shipments are accurate and in compliance with state, federal and international regulations or trade agreements Oversees the timely completion of paperwork and monetary transactions associated with international distribution including customs filing and preparation of shipment documentation Resolves issues with carriers, clients, customs or government officials; assists with any claims related issues Investigates all past due freight bills. Manages and develops broker relationships and/or other supplier/vendor relationships. Performs daily administrative tasks including filing, distribution of mail, data entry and coordinator assistance as needed. Retrieves files and prepares documentation needed for audit. Performs other responsibilities as assigned or directed. Requirements: 2 years experience in customer service, transportation and/or metals industry preferred. Excellent communications skills required to manage both internal and external relationships both tactfully and effectively. Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. PI248cc9105cea-37344-39614283
