Position Overview Capio Group is seeking an experienced
Business Solutions Analyst
to support a
Case Management System implementation
by providing Organizational Change Management (OCM) services. This role focuses on ensuring successful adoption of a new system through structured change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and performance measurement.
The position requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including client staff, partner entities, and external providers, depending on project needs.
Scope of Work The Business Solutions Analyst will support the full lifecycle of Organizational Change Management, including:
Baseline assessment
Messaging and communications
Change implementation
Measurement of success
Key Responsibilities 1. Change Management Planning & Assessment
Document project goals and objectives.
Conduct current-state (“as-is”) assessments and gap analyses compared to the future-state (“to-be”).
Develop a roadmap to transition from the as-is state to the to-be state.
Define methodologies, metrics, and measures to evaluate progress and effectiveness of the change initiative.
Develop and manage an overall OCM project schedule covering all activities, tasks, and deliverables.
Produce a Change Gap Analysis documenting readiness, desired outcomes, and recommended actions.
Develop a Change Management Action and Communication Plan outlining milestones, timelines, responsibilities, and success criteria.
2. Change Management Implementation & Delivery
Collaborate with the client Project Team to execute the change management strategy.
Establish branding and core messaging for the change initiative.
Develop and implement stakeholder rollout strategies.
Address stakeholder questions and concerns through structured engagement.
Identify and implement tools and methods for ongoing communication.
Facilitate Change Management kickoff meetings with project teams and affected stakeholders.
Develop and execute regular communications and status updates.
Conduct regular check-in meetings with project leadership (at least monthly).
Facilitate stakeholder feedback sessions (at least quarterly).
Measure initiative success using agreed-upon metrics and lead corrective actions as needed.
3. Change Management Evaluation & Closure
Facilitate evaluation meetings to review accomplishments, lessons learned, and future impacts.
Develop and deliver a Change Management Closure Report that includes:
Initiative successes
Challenges and issues
Stakeholder and project team feedback
Recommendations for future change efforts
Present the final Closure Report to the client Project Team and stakeholders.
4. Documentation
Develop flexible, reusable OCM documentation for client reuse in future initiatives, including:
As-is documentation
Findings, conclusions, and recommendations
Glossary of terms
Ensure all documentation meets client standards and supports long-term sustainability.
5. Policies & Standards
Adhere strictly to all client policies, procedures, and software standards.
Follow administrative processes for issue tracking, risk management, version control, and document change tracking.
Mandatory Experience
Within the past ten (10) years, at least five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
Within the past ten (10) years, at least three (3) years of experience in business systems analysis and design.
Bachelor’s degree required (additional qualifying experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis).
Within the past ten (10) years, at least three (3) years of experience applying Organizational Change Management methodologies on enterprise-wide IT projects.
Ability to provide client/end-user reference contacts for qualifying projects upon request.
Ability to submit completed reference forms as required.
Desirable Experience
Within the past five (5) years, at least three (3) years of experience implementing or deploying new software systems in the Health and Human Services domain.
