The Waldorf Astoria Park City is a Forbes 4‑Star boutique hotel with 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and three food and beverage outlets. This award‑winning 4‑Star property offers elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions from around the world. The hotel includes a 3‑meal restaurant, a seasonal pool restaurant, and in‑room dining.

What Will I Be Doing? As an Order Taker, you will answer telephones and take guest food and beverage orders as part of the hotel’s effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your responsibilities include:

Answer room‑service telephones and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Maintain knowledge of the menu, including restaurant promotions, specials, and preparation details

Upsell food and beverage items, including sides, dessert, beverages, and special promotion items

Input guest orders into the appropriate point‑of‑sale system

Reconcile checks upon order delivery, verifying totals, gratuity disbursement, and managing the cash drawer and house bank according to accounting guidelines
