Job Description
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, growth strategy, and investment decision-making. As the Marketing Strategy Senior Consultant supporting performance media and insurance growth, you will own the analytics that shape how we invest, optimize, and scale our lower funnel marketing efforts. This individual will translate data into clear insights that guide leadership decisions, influence growth outcomes, and improve the efficiency of our marketing investments. This role plays a critical part in identifying growth opportunities, diagnosing performance drivers, and informing trade-offs that balance near-term performance with long-term strategic objectives. This individual will build relationships across the marketing department to deliver multiple monthly packages that communicate performance to executives.
Responsibilities
Lead lower‑funnel and growth analytics, evaluating spend, efficiency, and performance versus plan and prior periods to guide investment decisions
Drive performance media budgeting, forecasting, and optimization by assessing trade‑offs and recommending actions that maximize growth and ROI
Identify and quantify key performance drivers, building forward‑looking analyses to track trends, diagnose issues, and surface risks and opportunities
Develop connections with business partners in Marketing and across the organization to gather the data and insights needed to publish monthly results for senior leadership
Translate analysis into clear insights, using strong storytelling and data visualization to support leadership decision‑making
Influence leadership and media partners by connecting insights to actions, enterprise priorities, and measurable business outcomes
Ensure analytics are decision‑ready, delivering accurate, reliable outputs with consistent structure and quality
Continuously improve analytical processes by streamlining recurring reporting and contributing to ad hoc growth and strategic initiatives
Experience 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation Compensation offered for this role is 70,100.00 - 121,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
