About the Role The Practice Solution Consultant is a senior hybrid role that blends client-facing solution delivery with practice development and team mentorship. This role leads complex client engagements using SA’s proprietary low‑code platform, Evoke, while also defining and scaling best practices across the functional consulting discipline.

In addition to delivering high‑quality solutions, this individual will mentor consultants, develop reusable frameworks, and support continuous improvement of delivery standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Solution Delivery (Approximately 60%)

Lead requirements analysis by facilitating client workshops and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives.

Translate business requirements into well‑architected functional solutions in collaboration with solution developers.

Produce detailed solution documentation, including process flows, diagrams, and user guides.

Lead or participate in technical design sessions.

Configure, update, and maintain applications using the Evoke low‑code platform.

Ensure all production changes follow established lifecycle methodology, version control, testing, and risk management standards.

Stay current on platform capabilities, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Conduct client working sessions to gather feedback and resolve issues during review and testing cycles.

Lead end‑user and administrator training.

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolving defects and validation issues.

Troubleshoot system errors and implement corrective solutions.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Practice Development & Mentorship (Approximately 40%)

Develop and maintain best‑practice documentation for requirements analysis, process mapping, backlog management, configuration, testing, and training.

Create reusable templates and frameworks to improve delivery consistency and quality.

Mentor and train solution consultants on functional consulting methodologies.

Lead internal workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Collaborate with leadership to refine delivery standards and consulting methodologies.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

10+ years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting for enterprise software implementations.

Proven experience leading requirements for large‑scale projects.

Demonstrated contribution to consulting standards, practice development, or team enablement.

Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, low‑code technologies, and workflow automation.

Proven ability to lead workshops, mentor team members, and influence stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate technical options and recommend solutions.

Ability to prioritize configuration‑based solutions, introducing customization only when necessary.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

High attention to detail, professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Passion for continuous learning and professional growth in technology.

Preferred

Experience delivering SaaS solutions in government or regulatory environments.

Prior consulting experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Appian, or ServiceNow.

Experience with low‑code platforms and workflow automation (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, Logic Apps).

Experience working with APIs (REST, Graph).

Ability to communicate design concepts using mockup tools (e.g., Figma, PowerPoint).

Experience using JavaScript to enhance user experiences.
