Full-time, entry-level professional performing basic architectural assignments, typically part of a team Undertake a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard architectural techniques for residential projects in NYC Prepare drawings from Schematic Design through Construction Administration Create presentation drawings, 3D models, and visualizations Conduct research on materials and product specifications Support Project Managers and Architects with project coordination and administration Prepare and modify architectural and construction documents Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have the following minimum criteria: One to two years of professional experience, preferably in residential projects, in United States. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Working knowledge of the full design process including but not limited to Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documentation and Administration, Procurement, etc. Proficiency in Adobe CS (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Rhino, Revit, Enscape and V-ray. Proficiency in MS Word, and Excel Strong conceptual, design, and presentation skills Organizational and effective written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic team member with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Resides in the New York City area and is available to work immediately Job Type
